What is Psychotherapy?
Basically, it's the applied study of the mind and behavior to understand and treat problems stemming from cognitive, emotional, and psychological difficulties.
Do you treat children and/or adults?
The office treats only ADULTS with regard to Psychotherapy. While psychological assessment is provided for both children and adults.
What is Psychological Assessment?

What can I expect from Psychotherapy?
The process can be challenging yet rewarding. The greater your commitment to the process, the better your chance of experiencing the greatest benefit possible.
How long does therapy take?
There is no prescribed length of treatment. Each person comes in with their own history and struggles. Everyone has different tools to bear on their circumstance. The timeline cannot be predicted.
How will I know when I'm better?
Better therapeutic functioning varies from one person to the next. Together, with your therapist, an evaluation of your progress can facilitate the most informed decision as to the optimal time to terminate treatment.
How much will Therapy/Psychological Assessment Cost?
The cost depends upon the service rendered. Some services are covered by your insurance-be sure to check this before your first appointment.
What are the Non-Insured rates for Therapy?
The cost ranges from $225-$250 per session.
What are the Non-Insured Rates for Psychological Testing?
The rates are determined on a Case-by-Case basis.
How long will my sessions last?
The first session (Intake) will last 60 minutes. Ongoing sessions will last for a 50-minute hour.
Do you provide Tele-Mental Health Services?
Yes, Tele-Mental Health Services are available, although, not appropriate for all persons as different concerns may require a different level of care. This is determined on a Case-by-Case basis.
How secure is Tele-Mental Health, is my information safe?
This office utilizes a HIPPA compliant system for maintaining your clinical information. The system is maintained in a manner consistent with its intended use.
What are the office hours?
The office operates by Appointment Only. Office hours range from 9 am to 4pm on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's for most services.
What forms of payment are accepted? This office accepts Credit Cards (Amex, Visa, M/C, and Discover.) The office also accepts Debit Cards.
